Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Due to our shipping location in China, returns can be very inconvenient for us. Before you decide to place a wholesale order, please consider making a small purchase to experience our products and services. Once a wholesale order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. We appreciate your understanding.

If you do purchase wholesale items and need assistance with clearing inventory (although we are confident our products will sell well, we acknowledge that this situation may arise), you can send us your inventory list, and we will assist in selling them. However, we can only pay the wholesale price and shipping costs.

If the goods are damaged during shipping or have quality issues, please provide photos and contact us within three business days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with a satisfactory response.

Refunds

You will get the refund after 1 or 3 days after your refund request confirmation. The refund will go back to how you pay for it. Remember that your bank or credit card company might take time to process it.
