Do you have stock? How soon can I expect my order to ship?

Most items on our wholesale site are ready to roll and can ship out within 1-3 days. If you’ve got a hot deadline, just drop a note during checkout or shoot us an email at hi@crystalmaggie.com—we’re here to help!

Where do you ship from? Can you ship worldwide? What about shipping costs and delivery times?

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Nope! Our products come in wholesale sets, so you can dive right in without worrying about minimums. Just pick what you love and order away!

Can I customize products? What’s the cost and lead time for that?

How are the products packaged? Can I customize the packaging?

We use eco-friendly cardboard boxes that are both stylish and sustainable. We have various designs available—just let us know your preference in the order notes, or we’ll surprise you! Can I return items? Who pays for return shipping?

Since we ship from China, returns can get a bit tricky. We recommend trying a small order first to ensure you love our products. Once a wholesale order is placed, it’s a done deal—no cancellations or returns, so thanks for understanding!

If you find yourself with extra inventory, send us your list! We’ll help you sell those items, but we can only pay the wholesale price and cover shipping costs.

If your goods arrive damaged or there’s a quality issue, snap some photos and contact us within three business days of delivery. We promise to make it right!

Can I order items from your main website that aren’t on the wholesale site?
